	Stacy H. Covil Outstanding Individual Achivement Award
	The individual who receives this award will have demonstrated outstanding achievement in a specific health related project, program, or activity within the past two years. Prioroty is given to selecting an individual who has been instrumental in providing signifigant local, regional, or state impact, or the potential of such impact, as a result of implementing the project, program, or activity.		Scholarship Awards Scholarships are presented to public health workers residing in the fifty-five counties comprising the Eastern District North Carolina Public Health Association for graduate study, undergraduate study, and technical/associate degree or certificate in a public health discipline. These scholarships are presented on an annual basis.
